  A BBC 6 Music supported artist, his 'observational' songwriting style saw him deliver an intriguing blend of alt folk meets indie.

A burgeoning live reputation in recent years have seen Matt share stages with artists such as Billy Bragg, Miles Hunt and Erica Nockalls (The Wonder Stuff), Julian Cope and also the The Undertones.

Matt is currently working on a new album under new guise of the genre hopping project 'The Secret Helicopters' A project where genre isn't a barrier.

 

The album promises to be a creative mix further developing Matt’s already heady mix of songs and continue the upward curve of one of the UK's brightest new songwriting talents.
